Just Announced: Rush to Play Greensboro in April

Rush will play the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina on Friday, April 1, 2011.  The band will play its Moving Pictures album in its entirety.  Tickets go on sale to the general pulic on Saturday, December 11, 2010, but a Livenation presale begins today, Thursday, December 9, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. The presale password is “tribute.”

Tonight, Wednesday, September 29, 2010, the classic rock band Rush plays the Verizon Wireless Ampitheatre at Echo Park in Alpharetta, Georgia. In so doing, the band will perform its 1981 album, Moving Pictures, in full (as well as other hits and songs).

Above, you’ll find a video of the band performing “Tom Sawyer,” the first track from that album and one of the band’s most famous singles, at a concert in South America.
