The Asheville Mountain Express offers this post profiling the Vermont-based band Grace Potter and the Nocturnals and their performance at Bele Chere 2010 on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at the Rock n’ Kiss Stage at Coxe Avenue. The reviewer seems to fancy Ms. Potter, as the write-up specifically notes that: “Potter — who sauntered onstage several minutes into the band’s opening jam — shook and writhed her way through the nearly two-hour performance, oozing sexuality and captivating the dense crowd with her sultry vocals.” Intriguing. The piece also includes a number of photographs of the gig taken by Jonathan Welch.
